Interview process is fine for what it is but if you listen carefully to the questions they ask along with your own query on what they can offer in terms of professional development, the resources they have to proficiently do the job, and the organizational setup they currently have, it is nowhere up to par of where it should be at its foundation especially when you boast the flag of the military.
