I had applied for this position, and after 20 days i received a call from abroad, from an HR that asked me to describe the basic points of my CV. After a week I received a call from Greece for an in-person interview. There were 3 people in the interview, one from human resources department and two project managers. They asked me to describe everything about my past (studies - projects - grades) and also they asked me all the classic HR questions. The position that i was intended for, needed previous employment experience, but it was not mentioned in the job description, thus in the whole process they were trying make me to convince them that they have to chose me over other candidates with more experience. Furthermore in the end of the process they asked me to make a presentation of my thesis in English by using a whiteboard. Overall I was pleased with the whole process, except from one thing.. They told my that they will inform me in a week about the results of the interview, but they never contacted.
