Competency phone Interview: I booked an interview slot online after succeeding through the numerical test and application stage. I was called promptly on time where I was greeted by a lovely woman from HR. She really called my nerves and made me feel confident about the process while explaining what the interview would be like. The phone call interview was around 30 minutes long with some probing questions but nothing too difficult. I found the process very simple and easy.
