Panel interview at my university. Interviewers were friendly and asked good questions. The process was smooth and within a month I heard back from Unilever with an offer.

Had me rank four different locations from 1 to 4 in terms of where I would want to do internship. I was not familiar with these locations of the country.

Interview
The first phase of the interview is through an HR representative. He/She basically asks behavioral questions. If you pass that phase, then the next part is a virtual interview where you record yourself answering a couple questions about your experiences. The last phase is on site interview.

I applied online on the Unilever website and received one phone interview with the recruiter and one in person interview with two managers from the customer service team. The in person interview was rather short and focused more on me explaining my past work experience with emphasis on SAP experience and knowledge
