There were 4 steps to the interview process. In each step, artificial intelligence your response based on a predetermined criteria. In the first step, you submit your resume and cover letter. In the second, you play games in an app. now in the third stage (video interview)

Consists on 3 steps. First some online tests, then a digital interview and to finalize, a day with a mentor regarding what you might be doing in the future. I believe there is not much time to answer properly as one might get nervous.
