The interview process was first a telephonic process than a face to face interview. A personality quiz was taken. For the food tech position an organoleptic test was done

Interview
Had a phone interview. The interviewer was nice and friendly and described the role in detail. Didn’t ask much about previous work experience or education. Hiring process seemed to be quick.
