I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unilever (Manila, Manila)
Interview
They were recruiting in our campus however they would tell you that to apply you should just go visit their website instead. I feel that if this was the case then they should not have been recruiting on campus... We wrote our name and contact details there but my friends who were phoned for the interviews' most common factor was the fact that we filled up the form as they requested. Then after about two to three weeks they phoned me asking for my summer plans, why HR, and when I would be free for an interview. I didn't hear from them after more than one month afterwards. I though I didn't pass the phone interview but they said they were still considering me. I had my interview the week after that. The interviewers were not smiling, very serious... Their questions are all focused on your leadership/extra-curricular activities. Make sure you practice and remember all your "trying moments" and successes, etc. They then informed us of the decision after about two weeks. So in total, the process took about 2 months....

Question 1
Like I said earlier, you have to remember all your leadership activities. And I guess for me that was the hardest part...
I applied via the company website on Workday. I had a screening phone call and then an interview with the hiring manager. The process was clearly explained, and then straightforward and quick.
I answered questions and did puzzles through an automated system that they explained was apart of their interview process to get to know me, my work style, my personality, etc. The puzzles weren’t hard and it gave me results at the end that also helped me learn about myself which was helpful.

Question 1
I never did a face-to-face interview, they only had me complete the online work.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Rotterdam) in July 2023
Interview
Very comfortable, but mismanaged schedules so I had to talk to two interviewers at separate times, for the same interview. First was super nice, the other not so much - they mentioned projects and responsibilities not mentioned on the job description
