I received a response for a telephone interview relatively quickly. The interview itself was difficult, with difficult questions. The interviewer was very friendly though which made the interview less daunting.

'State a time that you come up with an innovative solution to a difficult problem?'
An online games assessment and then an online interview which was done in your own time. The interview consisted of scenario-based questions where you are asked to watch a video and answer questions on it
I went through the online portal applied passed the tests and then made it to the video interview stage. At this stage I was asked 3 or 4 longer questions. This took about 25 - 30 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Unilever (London, England) in Feb 2017

It was a telephone interview, they gave hints and tips to help you prepare. Applied online, got an email asking to book an interview time. Make sure to research about the company and competitors.
