I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever in Dec 2014
Interview
Got called by a HR after 1 week of application submission. She scheduled 2 face to face interviews and 2 phone interviews with the managers/director. I had a good experience interviewing with the managers. They were all very friendly and easy to talk to. And the HR was very organized and efficient in the way of scheduling the all interviews and responsive to all my emails. However, at the end, they told me they decided to pursue an internal candidate.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Simcoe, ON) in Dec 2023
Interview
After submission had a screening call with HR followed by interview with hiring manager and a team member. Interview went very well and was given a positive response at the end. Was told they will be interviewing other candidates as well and get back to me. Since then they never reached out to me or responded to my E-mails. It was a waste of time, they need to have minimum courtesy to update candidates.
The overall process is pleasant. The interviewers are quite chill and ask reasonable questions. Went as I expected but didn’t continue the interview because of headcount issues. In generally it is worth applying
