I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever (Port Sunlight, England) in July 2013
Interview
Interviewed by 2 managers who asked very basic questions relating to experience and achievements. I was showed around the facilities and met key colleagues. It lasted about 1.5 hours. I was given the opportunity to ask my own questions which I found to be very helpful and believe that asking insightful questions will help you stand out from the other candidates.
I had an interview for 1 hour with a business case for 20 minutes more and less. They ask questions about what's KPI, how we can use it, etc. It was good, not very difficult.

Straight forward process that began with a screening with HR and then a behavioural interview with the hiring manager. Never heard back after interviewing which was disappointing as they said they would be in touch.
