Online application and reasoning test, one-on-one interview and assessment center including case studies. Assessment center includes group activities in order to assess your communication and leadership skills, individual activities include a case study presented to the board, 1:1 interview and a small presentation related to the field, with some Q&A

Question 1
Mainly behavioral questions, the usual interview questions focusing on one's strengthens, weaknesses and personality traits. It is very important to exhibit leadership and logical flow of ideas since interviewers are generally thorough and attentive. Always give examples and do not limit your answers to hypothetical theories

Discovery Centre day - a group assignment which lets you work together and then you do a presentation, and an individual assignment related to your program.

Interview
Consists on 3 steps. First some online tests, then a digital interview and to finalize, a day with a mentor regarding what you might be doing in the future. I believe there is not much time to answer properly as one might get nervous.
