First-round, preliminary screening interview with recruiter lasted about 10 minutes. Was told they were going to fill the position within 6 weeks, but role was added to/removed from online job boards multiple times over 2 months. Recruiter did not respond to follow up inquiries.

Behavioral questions. Recruiter was very non-responsive after the initial call. Required a ton of following up to get any form of communication from her. The hiring manager seemed very interested and engaging on the call, however was ultimately ghosted.

Reviewer was initially responsive and the interview went well but then went on vacation and didn’t reply to my follow-up emails for weeks until they said the role was filled while they were away. Felt like they never advocated for me.

Easy going and the interviewer was very nice. Simple questions and walked through the descriptions of the role. Overall I thought it was good. Ask follow up questions. I don’t know what else to say.
