Applied there more than 4 months ago for 2 positions and the application is still "being reviewed".
Awful experience. These days recruiters should know that ghosting is the worst they can do to the potential employee.

Interview
Recruiting process: phone conversation with HR and teams of 45 min with the manager. They asked about typical questions. Offer declined because the salary they offered it’s really low (750€/month) and you cannot live with that in Brussels. It was a pitty because the job tasks seemed really interesting.

Where do you see in the next 5 years? Two or three technical questions but really easy.
Allereerst een selectie op basis van CV en motivatiebrief. Daarna een enkel gesprek gericht op persoonlijke klik. Hierin lag de focus op wat me op het moment bezig hield en wat ik leuk vond aan mijn studie.
