I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever in Sept 2015
Interview
Met the recruiter at a career fair. Several interview rounds: phone screen, interview with hiring manager, onsite interview with 10+ people (2-3 per hour), 2 more phone interviews with higher ups consecutively. Overall everyone was very nice. Communication with the recruiter on my status was great. Questions were a fair mix of behavioral and technical.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Unilever in Jan 2022
Interview
The process was short and easy, maybe because the position was urgent. The interviewer interviewed me online, she just asked me some basic questions and more on my previous work experience. After the interview, I was already given a job offer, all within the same day and meeting. I was given until the the day after to decide.
