I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Unilever (Waterloo, ON) in Oct 2014
Interview
The process is handled through the co-op / intern program at the particular school. It was a smooth process and the interviewers made potential candidates feel comfortable and were genuinely interested in the students experience and knowledge of the company. They were very personable and asked questions that looked at the candidates ability to problem solve, manage time and work autonomously. They also ask questions to gain insight into the candidates creativity.
First level interview is with HR to make sure the role is suitable and then 2nd level will be with hiring manager. It is a smooth process and HR are friendly. Hiring manager asked all relatable questions with the works. Overall experience are pleasing and everyone are friendly.
It was an above average interview asked situational questions about leadership the company and yourself prepare well no why you want you to leave what the company is all about in the industry itself
its comprehensive and fun also we need to hear everyone’s statement so yeah thats great for us, it takes like 20-30 minutes for the whole process very very nice and great and helpfull
