I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Application with questions, numerical and logical testing, phone interview. The online testing was fairly straight forward and if you are good at them or if you practice you should be ok with it. Didn't get past the phone interview. Standard competency questions, why Unilever, time you showed leadership, time you resolved a conflict, time you had to show quick decision making skills. Lasted no longer than half an hour.
The first process starts with you playing different sorts of games online that helps them to get an idea of your character. Some of these games are frustrating, but mainly straightforward.
