I just did step one but there are four steps. On step one there was a video interview, iq test and behavioural questions. The next step was an assessment center.
Applied for FINANCE MANAGEMENT GRADUATE role.
I did an online application, then 3 different assessment tests, afterwards was invited for a video interview (3 HYPOTHETICAL QUESTIONS & 1 BUSINESS CASE STUDY QUESTION). Currently, waiting for the outcome and hoping to get to the stage 4 which is assessment centre.

• How would you go about building an ongoing relationship?

Online Interview. Candidates were asked to explain their responses to a series of scenarios and then to perform a data based question, where one had to assess a set of data, and pitch a solution to a problem.
