I was invited on-site for two rounds of interviews. The first round was with several managers and then the second round was with HR and the R&D Director. It was a comfortable interview experience.

Interview
I was expecting more from Unilever. Poorly organized interview process. Scheduled for a 1/2 day of interviews that turned into a full day, due to schedule mix-ups and poor planning. Several people did not have my resume or hadn't looked at it. The extra time they spent scanning and trying to come up with questions were simple and frankly no more complicated than you would ask an intern. By the end of the process, I felt like it was a waste of my time. No probing questions, vague insights to the position.
