Applied online, filling out application form including motivations, research on company etc. Then conducted 30 minute phone interview that was very difficult, interviewer kept pushing for more explanation of examples I provided; I thought it went well, but apparently not sufficiently to get through to the next stage.

Tell me about a time you were creative? Tell me about a difficult decision you had to make? Why HR? What does HR do? Why Unilever? What differentiates us from our competition/who are they?
