I applied online, answering two question
Then I had to a week to do the online aptitude tests (numerical, logical...)
Then after passing these, I had a telephone interview. It wasn't very professional, the person on the phone was not able to answer any of my questions. Connection on her side was bad, as if she was on speaker phone and was coughing a lot. Had to ask many times for her to repeat the question (even then I struggled to hear her properly)
