Straight up dog water interview process. Pretty much ghosted 1-2 months in between rounds. Get someone who barely speaks English interviewing you too (not being racist, interviewer actually took 2-5 minutes trying to answer a question I had that should’ve taken 10-20 seconds). I’ve interviewed for messy start up companies before but uniqlo legitimately has the worst interview process. Asked several times for an update on my application just to get ghosted. Called my recruiter just to get sent to voicemail. Actually insane how unprofessional the process was.

-applied through LinkedIn easy apply -received an email with questions from HR instead of them scheduling the usual initial HR call- this email included questions that they usually ask you. They said the hiring managers would review and get back to me if they decided to proceed. 1.are you okay working 3 days in office 2. Do you require sponsorship 3.why do you want to work for Uniqlo 4. Give high level overview of work experience 5. What are your salary expectations -scheduled an interview with me a week later -the interview was with 3 people; some questions were; what KPIs do I use, favorite Uniqlo product; how do I feel about the Japanese work culture -never heard back
