      CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD Representative Interview

      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Indianapolis, IN) in July 2010

      Interview

      I filled out my application via the company’s website, I a few weeks later I received a call in reference to scheduling a phone interview. My phone interview was pretty much asking the same questions that I completed when I applied for the position. I was told that my information will be forward to the hiring manager and they will contact me if interested. After a week or so, I was contacted directly by the hiring manager to schedule a face to face interview. I had a panel interview which was the department manager, and two supervisors. They gave me an overview of the department, and I was asked some behavior questions. The interview was laid back, however I did feel extremely over dressed… I had on a crisp suit, and they were in jeans and faded tee shirts. I received a call from HR approximately a week later and was made the offer. I had 48 hours (including the weekend) to complete the drug testing. I scrambled to find a location for Saturday (the next day) that was open to collect my sample. I received other emails and documents in regards to my background check, compensation and the company overview.
