It was pathetic experience, I'll summarise below:
Got a call from Bangalore HR 2 days before hiring event(4th March'17), he asked me about my current role, expectations and told me about candidate they were looking.
I went to Gurgaon office for the interview process, given a written test consisting of 30 MCQ questions consisting java+SQL+Hadoop Ecosystem questions, nobody told whether I cleared the exam or not, after asking an hour later, HR told yes I've cleared the exam and will be meeting panel for first round of technical discussion in next 30 mins, I waited for 1hour 30 mins but discussion didn't happen, I asked again about the delay, she again replied it's in queue and will take another 30 mins for which I again waited almost 2 hours and didn't hear anything from her.
I even tried reaching to HR from Bangalore but he hasn't replied to email, he didn't even pick the phone and not even replied to text. Finally, I left after waiting for my interview. Ridiculous experience. To the surprise, when I was commuting back to my home which is 2 hour drive, HR called asking about my whereabouts and asked me "Were you getting late". She offered me to have my technical discussion scheduled in weekday to which I replied "I won't be interested anymore." and she said, "Okay, no problem!" which I thought "Highly Insensitive".
Another thing that I would highlight, there are all around banners which says *Improving Health Care for better world* but there was paint smell all around, as few denting painting work was going on exactly at the same place where candidates were waiting. Irritation of the eyes, nose, throat or and/or respiratory tract was quite normal.
