I applied through university. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group
Interview
UHG will have you pay for onsite interviews claiming they reimburse you. I have interviewed twice and have not been reimbursed either times for interviews despite thousands of dollars paid and several follow up emails to check in on my reimbursement.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group in Mar 2023
Interview
Three virtual interviews, mostly behavioral type questions like how would you handle multiple projects at a time, how would you manage a team member with whom you have a different opinion .

Question 1
How do you handle multiple projects at a time How do you manage a team member with whom you do not share the same idea about a project Example of failure
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group
Interview
Two phone interviews with recruiters. Told that I would receive a call back from the hiring manager within the next two days. Was one of two final candidates. I have yet to receive that phone call and it has been over two weeks. When I called to ask about status of my application, they said I was still being considered. Overall, poor communication on the recruiters end. I don't know how much of that can be applied to management of UnitedHealth, but I am not impressed with the lack of communication thus far.
