I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Minnetonka, MN)
Interview
Unprofessional. I applied online and completed a video interview about 2 weeks later. A week later I was contacted by a hiring manager for an in-person interview. I was simultaneously contacted by a recruiter so there was some confusion -- they clearly didn't have good internal processes established. The in-person interview was pretty standard stuff -- the people I interviewed with were stiff and awkward but no major red flags. Then I was ghosted: they told me I would hear about next steps within 2 weeks but I never heard from anyone. Not sure I would have wanted to proceed anyway as it was obvious that I was just a number, but I would have appreciated some closure.
