HR Recruiter Initial Interview. Advanced to Associate Directors. Final with Senior Director. All interviews occurred over the phone. Generally a week apart. Asked standard behavioral questions "Tell me about a time.." Through the questions I was able to provide examples of problem solving, handling HR issues,etc. Offered the job within a week of the final interview.
