I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Oldsmar, FL) in June 2010
Interview
The interview process consisted of filling out the application on line, assessment test, interview with hiring manager, interview with 2 people from the department, then a phone interview. The assessment was pretty easy and the face to face interviews were the usual behavorial questions, 'tell me a time when ...' I thought everything had gone well and was told I would hear something within the next week. I pretty much knew from that response that I did not get the job. I did not receive an official rejection email until 4 weeks later. I believe 2 face to face interviews and a phone interview is a little excessive and they took way to long to send me the rejection email.
