I applied online. The whole process took a little over a month. There were two stages to the process. The first stage is the HireVue interview, where you will have to record yourself answering the prompt show to you. The questions were mainly behavior questions. The second stage is the actual interview. There will be one interviewer assigned to you, and they will ask behavior questions and technical question regarding the projects you did.

Two weeks after applying, I got an email asking to complete a hireVue interview. Just 4 days after completing the interview, I was reached out by a recruiter to send my times of availability to schedule a 45 min interview. Two days after doing the interview, I got an email from my recruiter asking when she could call. The call was to let me know about my offer (I didn't have to do a coding test). Process was very smooth and fast

Interview
I applied online to the program and about two weeks later I heard back regarding a hirevue recorded interview. Standard behavorial questions. Two weeks after that I was asked to do a coding exam with leetcode problems two very easy problems a hard third problem regarding graphs which I did not finish but started. A few days later I was contacted for a third final interview which was a 1 on 1 with a senior level software engineer at Optum. Strictly behavorial regarding past projects, why Optum, me as a person. Heard back a week later and was offered a full time position with the company I will be accepting.
