Interview
This was by far the worst over the phone interview I have ever had. First of all they rescheduled twice, and I never received a phone call the second time around. I left work early to make sure I had time to talk on the phone. Then I randomly get a phone call a couple days later and explain to her the situation, and then she starts asking me interview questions! I could not understand her English, and therefore had to have her repeat herself multiple times. She also didn't even know what position applied for and continued to say it was a customer service position. What a frustrating experience overall, really turns the company off.

Interview
I applied online for the position, I was emailed a may be a potential candidate for the positon and was asked to take an online assessment. After I passed the online assessment, I was emailed 2 days later and asked to verify my application information and take a onsite assessment. After passing the onsite assessment, I was told to schedule a interview with the human resources testing administrator. I scheduled an interview for 2 days later which consisted of mainly behavioral questions. After I was told by the interviewer, she will recommend me for a manager interview. The next week she followed up with me scheduled a Manager interview, I was told after the management interview (behavioral questions), I will be contacted in a couple days about my application status and the next steps, if any I need to take. I recieved a call 2 days later from Human resources offering the position to me, contingent on a sucessful background check and drug testing.
