Took a total of 2 months with 3 different interviews. Interview Process: 1) Applied & Took an Assessment Test 2) Phone Interview with Recruiter 3) Initial Interview with Hiring Manager 4) Second Interview with Hiring Manager & Senior Director The first interview with the recruiter was about culture fit, which was heavily focused on being "mission-driven" and the term they used often was "mission-critical." The second interview was a deep dive into my resume and how my skills align with what the hiring manager is looking for, which was someone who can train consultants and work with "challenging stakeholders." The last interview was about my vision, my goals, and how I would help scale a team of advanced healthcare providers who are now consultants. It was a great experience and each interview was about 3 weeks apart from each other. However, they said I was not "seasoned" enough for this role. For you candidates, focus on team-dynamics, driving results, and making the leadership team shine. Also, they stress how important it is for someone to plan to be there long term. Just keep that in mind when ask about your career goals.
