Typical interview process, online application, then interview with Human Resources, then an interview with team lead. Standard questions were asked for career goals and knowledge. HR interview was normal but saw some red flags upon team lead interview, they seemed to be new in the role and lacked confidence.

Approached by a recruiter through LinkedIn.
A phone screening followed by an interview consisting of a panel of 2 who asked both technical and behavioral questions.
The technical questions were mostly based on prediction models and data analysis in general. Tested basic knowledge of Tableau.
