Applied for the position, got an email asking to do a phone interview screen, and of course I said yes. Waited several days for a response and never heard back. I emailed back showing interest and... crickets. Then the job was reposted a few weeks later. So unprofessional. Why do companies waste people's time doing this. At least have the courtesy to send an email.
