Interviewed for a few positions, all went to internal candidates. (Was there even a chance for an external candidates??)
One position was a clear mismatch. Recruiter should have done a better job describing the role.
Most job descriptions are too generic. Make sure you ask for clarification before going in for interviews.
Typically the process started with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by phone screen with hiring manager, followed by on site 1-1's, followed by panel interviews on site.
