I applied through a major job board, and shortly thereafter, received a call from an in-house recruiter who was personable and asked engaging questions. A follow-up email invited me to their Portland location where I was interviewed by two friendly managers who asked, and answered, questions freely. After speaking with the original recruiter by phone regarding the positive result of my face-to-face interview, an email arrived with an official offer pending the results of a background check, which was quickly completed and then proceeded by a confirmation of my start date. The experience was seamless, with every interaction being professional and cordial. In fact, during the background check phase, I was given the chance to rectify a discrepancy of my own doing. The HR department was very patient. I can't imagine a more efficient and thorough process then the one I experienced.

Good place to work great atmosphere. Interviewer was awesome as well. They are simple, but good quality questions they made you someone think before you answered. Overall, it was a great experience looking forward to being in a full-time employee
