The process at UserTesting seemed a bit drawn out. I applied for one role, went through the whole process, didn’t get it, and was then asked to apply for a CSM
Role on another team instead. So I did, however had to go through the same process, I reached the presentation round, waited two weeks for feedback even though I was rushed to do the presentation.
After two weeks I was told the day before a holiday I didn’t recurve the job, with barely any feedback. I’d spent almost two months interviewing with them and was specifically asked to apply for this second job on to be denied again.
I would have thought a feedback company would give better feedback to their candidates, but that was not the case.
