Interview
I had the interview with Service Source for a Sales Representative role on behalf of Vmware. The process was pretty straight forward - typical interview questions focused on your previous experience, your strenght, your weakness and the motivation to work for the company

I applied online. I interviewed at VMware (Boston, MA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Fairly conversational. Interviewers had a not so professional attitude and It felt somewhat off. I would have appreciated a lot more professional attitude and demeanor as opposed to a casual and seemingly not “in the mood” attitude. I think considering your company’s reputation is important all round this includes the quality of interviews and professionalism even if you are not interested in the candidate, which I don’t think was the case for me, but I was able to pick the little cues.
