After submitting my resume online, I was contacted a week later by an AirWatch recruiter. We scheduled a phone interview for the following day. The initial phone interview consisted of normal HR type questions, followed by some basic computer and networking questions. These questions continued into some Cisco specific and more advanced. After the initial interview, I was contacted again by the recruiter to schedule an on-site interview. The on-site visit started with a tour of the major areas of the location, and I was quite impressed. The interview started with the director of IT operations. He was very professional, and asked normal interview questions. He was able to answer all of my questions about working for the company to my satisfaction. He was very personable, and I thought that he would probably be a good person to work for. I then interviewed with the senior network engineers, and the interview became quite technical. Both engineers were obviously highly skilled and knowledgeable, and were also very friendly. I actually enjoyed interviewing with them, and after the interview they gave me a tour of the IT areas of the facility.
