I met a recruiter at a career fair, and was selected for an interview at campus, followed by on-site interview. There were two one-on-one on-site interviews (one with UI lead and the other with UX lead). Both interviews were of same format - presenting portfolio and design exercise; and both interviewers asked 2-3 basic questions (What is your biggest strength, biggest weakness and are you inclined more towards research or design).
