Referred by someone in network. Interviewed with 3 people, Sr Manager who I'd worked with on a recent project, hiring manager and other person doing job i was candidate. Same job I was doing at related employer. Very laid back interview. Offered job very quickly.

Process was very straightforward. All interviews were conducted 1:1 and included a resume review, personality review, and hypothetical situation review.
