Phase 1) Easy "get to know you interview." Tell me about a time. Pretty standard
Phase 2) Definitely more challenging as the person filling this role had to have a decent idea of what some products did.
Phase 3) Show and tell. Bring an example of some work and be able to verbalize the impact of the project.
