I traveled 50 Km to appear for the interview. I cleared the F2F interview. Last round with the Sr manager also done. Later next day in email, HR asked for all the required documents including the sal slips, RSU etc. I provided it. HR gave me the offer numbers over the phone. We negotiated the offer on the phone. He came back and gave me the final numbers and I agreed. But HR did not send any thing in written in spite of asking many times to send a tentative offer same as what we agreed through email. He did not send anything. He said he may get in to trouble if he send through email. Few days later he insisted to inform the current organization manager. I refused to do so as i did not had any thing in writing. But he insisted that he cant proceed unless i inform the manager. So reluctantly inform the manager. After that he assured me that i will get the offer letter within 3-4 day. But I did not receive anything even after 1 month passed. Recently last week ago different HR person called me to tell that there is one more telephonic round of interview left with senior director. I agreed though it was total absurd as they had already given the offer and also had forced me to inform my manager and assured me that they are sending th offer letter. Anyways, the interview with sr Director also went well (as per my understanding) and she said that i will hear from HR in two days. Its four days passed, i have not heard anything from HR. Tried to reach them but no one takes the call or respond the email. Now its more than 50 days i appeared for the interview , I have not received the offer letter. He is not responding calls and emails. I will not recommend any one even to appear for interview and waste the time and energy.
