I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vanguard (Scottsdale, AZ) in Feb 2013
Interview
Behavioral format 'tell me about a time' STAR questions. Any role here is star coupled with role play or mock client scenario. They can very easily be prepared for and the best person is never hired, rather the most prepared. Unfair and not very transparent. Expect the 2-3 people in the room to be taking notes the entire time and awkward silence
