Vanguard Corporate Internship Program interview questions

I met a recruiter on campus, was scheduled for a phone interview, followed with an "on-campus" interview day. The emails were brief, but detailed. The phone interview had generic behavioral questions. The day interview started with an introduction, breakfast for questions and to show off how much you researched, followed with 2 hour long interviews. Following the interviews with two curt and rude people we were given a lunch break, a tour of the campus, followed with a Q&A of previous interns. It ended with the most ineffective psychological personality I've ever participated in. We sat in a circle as the HR head sat next to us and observed our conversation debating what supplies to bring to a camping trip.
