Applied online through university career website, received an interview request, scheduled phone interview (recruiter was a little difficult to work with, changed the date 3 times, but overall not horrible).
Applied online, then phone interview and then on site student visit day. Everything was behavioral, lots and lots of STAR based questions. Recruiter would prep you before your onsite and provide some tips.

Interview
The interviewing process was very seamless and straight forward. I initially talked to a recruiter at my school career fair and had my first round interview over the phone. After about a 45 minute conversation and some behavioral questions I was invited to Malvern, PA for a second round interview. The flew me out and put me up in a hotel. The next day consisted of two one-hour interviews and several other activities where myself and 5 others were being evaluated. The interviews were mainly behavioral and situational while they were just trying to get to know you better.
