There were a few STAR (situation, task, action, result) questions based around previous experiences with clients or situations where you have to explain various situations you have had with clients and what you did as a rep to enhance/help the experience.

Interview
Phone Interview followed by Video interview (due to covid) then passing of SIE. Once you pass the SIE you are expected to get your Series 7 within 4 months of employment.
