Interview
They use STAR interview process. The recruiters' are very skilled so over-prepare for your interview and pay attention to detail! Dress to impress for your interview. You will also most likely be introduced to your peers in a very casual way -- they will provide feedback about you -- so be on top of it.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vanguard (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2021
Interview
Three rounds of panel interviews. It starts with an overview of the position you are applying for. You will be asked situational questions: "Tell me about a time where a project did not go as expected", "Tell me how you would run a project from start to finish", "Tell me how you have managed a difficult team." They want to know your thought process. They will also ask what you hope to achieve in the role. Finally you have an opportunity to ask the panel questions. If you pass the first panel they will schedule you to meet with another panel and if you make it past that panel you will get to the interview with the hiring manager. Similar format for each panel, questions vary a bit but are essentially "Tell me about a time..."

Question 1
Questions range from tell me about a great project to tell me about a project that had scope creep. The situational questions uncover how you performed in the past and will tell the panel how you think and how you have reacted in the past
a very slow process, it long time get a response back. Recruiter is asking very canned generic questions. My interview was canceled at the minute, with very short notice. Not a place to grow, until unless you know someone and someone a vouch for you
