I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vanguard (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Everyone at Vanguard was extremely friendly and welcoming, from the first HR representative who called me to all of the managers I met at my final interview. The interviews were behavioral and some questions about classes and what you've done at college - how you spend your time. Not a difficult interview, but you still must be prepared with specific examples of things you've accomplished that you can use to respond to the questions. I received an offer within a week of my final interview.

Mostly behavioral interview questions with along with a roll play exercise. There were a few technical questions regarding how the equity and debt markets work, but if you have take an entry level finance class then it should be pretty basic
Passed Coding exam, took Behavioral interview, then got completely ghosted. I would at least expect a rejection from someone who took the time to interview me, but I guess their HR needs some work
