Interview process included submission of my resume to the HR manager and the hiring manager. Within 2 weeks I heard back from the HR manager whom I spoke to over the phone in a 30 minute screening interview. Following the phone interview I met the hiring manager in a face-to-face interview

Interviews centered around past experiences as well as behavioral and situational questions relating to how to deal with irate clients calling in about the investment plans and unco-operative colleagues in other departments whom one would need to liaise with on various queries

First round was pretty easy. They just asked me why I wanted to apply and asked me one STAR question. I made it to the second round, so we'll see how that goes.

Do you prefer to work in a fast-paced environment or a relaxed environment (appeared in the first stage assessment page)
I was reached out for a phone call interview by “ Ava” and I scheduled and was ready for the call but never received one, I emailed immediately for understanding and if I could receive a number to call and was told my phone wasn't working when it definitely was and I actually asked someone I knew to call me to confirm. I rescheduled my interview with Ava and then days before my new interview I got a message saying it was cancelled with no explanation. This company completely wastes peoples time from what I gathered
