I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vanguard (Malvern, PA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Interviewed after internal referral, couple of phone calls with the recruiter then scheduled technical interview and behavioral interview. They offered me 35 000 less than my current salary, because of their benefits and their company name lol. For freshers it will be good company to start their career, if you have real experience don’t waste your time. Little or no follow up from recruiter, after each steps I have to send emails for the next step.
