I applied online. I interviewed at Vanguard (Malvern, PA) in Sept 2020
Interview
I received a phone call almost a month after applying. This screening interview led to a virtual Superday. The Superday includes two one-hour interviews and they both may be situational and technical. Afterwards, there are a few company presentations and a round table with 5-6 other candidates where you discuss a question related to Vanguard provided 3 days in advance.
